Doctors say that regular exercise helps prevent diseases - including cancer. For one breast cancer survivor, her diagnosis gave her the strength to help minority women find peace,
courage and even sisterhood while they all battled their own war against breast cancer. Producer Megan Erb has the story on the Cierra Sisters and what they have to offer while
dealing with a deadly disease.
